Paid monthly salary and job placement after graduation
- Each accepted student will be paid a monthly salary for attendance. This is equivalent to a paid scholarship
- Salary will be based on the skill set and experience of the student. Upon admission and assessment, the higher the student’s entry qualifications, the higher the student’s scholarship monthly payment.
- After successful completion of the 12 months in-person, onsite, full-time program, the College Administration will work to place the graduates in a paying job as a Hindu Priest – locally in Guyana or in Mandirs around the world.

What will the student have after graduation?
After the 12-month program, the graduates will have:
A recognized diploma
A diploma recognized by the Guyana National Accreditation Council and its global affiliations, such as other training institutions, universities, and colleges around the world.
Deep Hindu doctrinal knowledge
- An in-depth ability to read, write, speak, and understand Hindi
- An intermediate level ability to read, write and understand (translate) Sanskrit
- An in-depth understanding of Karma Kaand (various Rituals) and a compelling skill for the performance of such Rituals
- An in-depth understanding of the Bhagavad Gita
Soft skills of a respected, competent priest
- An in-depth ability to conduct research on a religious topic and write a comprehensive sermon/speech [Pravachan]
- An in-depth ability to conduct public speaking to religious audiences on Hindu Religious Topics
- A demonstrated ability to serve as a Qualified and Respected Hindu Priest to discerning Mandir devotee audiences around the world
Explaining the job opportunities after graduation
Jobs in various countries. The College will assist graduates with employment contracts and visa applications as needed.

- After graduation, the Administration of the College will work with Mandirs (Temples) in Guyana, Trinidad, Suriname, USA, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, and other applicable countries to place our Highly Qualified/Competent Hindu Priests in suitable Temples.
- The administration of the College will work with the Employer Mandir (Temple) Organization and negotiate a suitable pay contract.
- If such employment is secured in overseas countries, the Accredited College will assist in securing employment (Priest) Visas in countries such as Canada and USA.
